Much of our Palm Beach work begins with a call from a trusted representative rather than the family itself: a family office executive, an estate attorney, a private banker. We are used to that. An introduction needs only your name, your role and a way to reach you, and communication afterward follows the client's written authorization.
Discretion is a practice, not a promise. Vehicles and correspondence carry the mark or the word Alongside alone. Proposals reduce a family's name to an initial. Email subject lines never name a client, a facility or a condition. We will not confirm or deny that anyone has engaged us.
In person, we cover Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and the island, with Advisors based in Delray Beach a short drive south. Treatment, when it is chosen, may be nearby or anywhere in the country; we arrange the admission and accompany the travel either way.
