Where we work

How we work in Boca Raton.

Boca families often come to us at discharge. A son or daughter is finishing a program in Delray or Boca, the aftercare plan recommends outpatient treatment and sober living, and nobody has turned that recommendation into a schedule with names, dates and a ride. That is the work we do best.

Our Advisors meet the client in treatment, with the program's agreement, plan the first thirty days with the family, book the first appointments and are at the door on discharge day. A Personal Companion is present for the first days where the plan calls for it, and coaching continues as work and school return.

When a plan calls for therapy, psychiatry or family work, it is provided by independent licensed professionals. Michael Barschi, LCSW, CASAC, our clinical partner, is based in Boca Raton and works with individuals and families at every stage of readiness to change.

Airports: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (about 30 minutes) and Palm Beach International (about 35 minutes).

Good to know

Questions from Boca Raton families.

Our loved one is in a Boca program. Can you start before discharge?

Yes, and that is the best time. With the program's agreement and the client's consent, the Advisor meets the client in treatment so the person waiting at discharge is already familiar.

Do you provide therapy?

No. Advisors are non-clinical. Therapy and family work come from independent licensed professionals, including our clinical partner in Boca Raton.

Do you work with sober living residences here?

We coordinate with the residence the client chooses, help settle housing before discharge and keep the first-week calendar on track.
