Where we work

How we work in New York.

Katherine Reynolds, CRPA, CARC, CASAC-2, is our Recovery Advisor for the region: a trauma-informed coach based in Putnam County who works with individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges and with the families around them, and who coordinates closely with therapists, physicians and family. She covers northern Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Fairfield County in person.

Melissa Killeen, MSOD, MPhil, NCPRSS, is our Family and Recovery Advisor, the author of the first published book devoted to recovery coaching and a former President of Recovery Coaches International. She coaches executives, professionals and the families around them by video nationwide.

Our founder spent a decade in Manhattan, and the firm's Lead Advisors travel to New York for admissions, discharges and the first days home. Many New York families send a loved one to treatment in Florida; we handle both ends of that trip, from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or Westchester County Airport to the program door and back.

Can you provide a Companion in Manhattan?

In-person Companion hours in the city are scheduled case by case with our New York and Florida Advisors. Tell us the dates on the first call.

Our loved one is in treatment in Florida and will come home to Westchester.

We meet the client in treatment, plan the discharge with the program, accompany the trip home and have the first appointments booked in Westchester before the flight.

Is coaching available by video only?

Katherine Reynolds works in person across the lower Hudson Valley and Fairfield County. Melissa Killeen works by video nationwide. Both are available to New York City clients by video.
